Beau, Fleur and Jeroen explain and talk about the open culture. Beau is part of the 20-strong digital marketing team. Fleur is project manager of online events and Jeroen heads the low-code department. Since its foundation in 1993, TRIMM has remained one of the Netherlands' most active Internet pioneers. For Fleur, the open culture feels safe and familiar. "It's like I've been employed at TRIMM for years. Every day I feel like going to work. Despite over 110 employees, we all know each other here. This openness is also reflected in the beautiful four-storey open building with lots of glass. On one floor, you can even see two different floors." Jeroen praises the mentality of the team: "We always want to make everything better for the customer and go for the maximum result. We help each other in this! A colleague once said: when I travel to TRIMM, I visit my friends. That typifies our culture." Beau adds: "Despite differences, we all treat each other in the same way. And the ties with our clients are close. To our content manager, a client said: you are the only colleague who is not on the payroll here."

TRIMM's DNA: together, open and honest. Fleur: "We do what we say and say what we do. Customers regularly tell us that we are reliable." Jeroen agrees: "Sometimes we lose a pitch and the potential relation still comes back to us." Beau: "Appealing (B2B) projects are taken up by TRIMM from A to Z. This allows me to switch quickly with colleagues internally. That makes my work so much more fun. What makes us unique for customers is that we have everything 'in-house'." Fleur adds: "All departments reinforce each other. We have in-house specialists for all content. For text, video, animation, banners et cetera. According to Jeroen, it is also a strength that TRIMM clients run securely in the cloud and increase their reach thanks to smart digital marketing.

Jeroen, who started this department, explains: "This model-driven way of developing applications makes coding visual instead of textual. Collaboration between multifunctional teams improves and workflows clarify for customers. Work is more efficient and faster. We realise an application within a week, followed by a week of design time. The solution is scalable and lasts for years. The user experience is optimal."
