Thetford has a new innovative and revolutionary product called iNDUS. It is a complete smart sanitary system that offers campers more convenience, hygiene and freedom. iNDUS users can now camp off-grid for up to 7 days. TRIMM helped Thetford by organizing a digital press conference for iNDUS.

The Challenge

Thetford approached TRIMM with the challenge to transform the product launch of their new product, iNDUS, into a digital press conference for the European countries. It was very important for Thetford to launch their innovation in a successful event to make sure the attention of the market was grabbed.

The solution

This case included setting up the entire product launch. TRIMM provided a complete solution for all aspects of the event, from location and equipment set-up, to a live streaming platform, recordings, speaker instructions, rehearsals, promotional campaigns and attendee registration. It was also crucial to make sure that the attendees were able to interact with the speaker, so a live chat feature was integrated on the platform and the moderators were trained by TRIMM to effectively use the chat.
