TRIMM expands global reach by becoming an ICOM agency
Enschede, 14 May 2018 - TRIMM has made a big step onto the international stage, by becoming a member of one of the world's largest global networks of independent advertising and marketing communications agencies, the ICOM network. Joining ICOM offers the same benefits of a multinational global agency network while allowing members to remain independent. Following on from the recent deal with Skybox in Amsterdam, this move furthers TRIMM's ambition to play an important role within the digital field in Europe.
"Given that many of our customers are recognized multinationals, we have been working internationally for quite a while. Operationally this has been mostly from the Netherlands, but where necessary we have always been prepared to travel. Now we can work with local colleagues all around the globe. It's an exciting step for both our employees and our clients", stated TRIMM managing director, Marc Woesthuis.
The step allows TRIMM to collaborate on digital projects for companies around the globe, but also to draw on the network to deliver the right digital solutions for its own customers, anywhere in the world. In fact, collaboration within ICOM has already proven successful for TRIMM, having supported a Canadian agency to win a major pitch.
The ICOM network currently has 80 independent, reputable agencies based in more than 60 countries. Principals are encouraged to develop ongoing relationships with other member agency owners like themselves in a non-competitive environment. The network carefully vets and selects specific agencies that represents the network for each country and to ensure they share the same values, goals, and philosophy of other ICOM members.
