Two DIA nominations for TRIMM and GriDD
TRIMM and GriDD have received a double nomination for the Dutch Interactive Awards. With the case for MCAM, we hope to take gold home at the awards evening on June 2 for the categories: B2B e-commerce and digital transformation! The Dutch Interactive Awards reward the very best interactive work in the Netherlands over the past year.
MCAM began to redesign its customer journey experience that resulted in a strategy with a focus on customer touch points. These customer touch points were filled with a business development platform, a products and solutions platform and an ecommerce and customer platform. By focussing on putting customer experience at number one, MCAM has a decisive edge in a traditional market.

After delivering the customer journey experience, TRIMM was asked to work with MCAM to form a vision of the channels needed and to house them in a program map. Several new channels were developed within the new direction. The business development platform, Growth Garage, represents a collaboration with OEM partners to create new manufacturable products and solutions. The products and solutions platform mcam.com, serves new groups of visitors who can get to the right products through self-service applications. The new eCommerce and customer platform Connect provides far-reaching personalization so that MCAM really stands alongside its customers and has the right insights about current orders as well as their purchases. Finally, all channels have a new unified branding that positions MCAM as a company that enables new ideas with its customers, rather than being a trader of plastics.
